Returns & Refunds

If there’s an issue with your order, please accept our sincere apologies. We’ll do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible.

Items may be returned if they:

• Arrive faulty or damaged

• Have a faulty, poor-quality or incorrect print

• Are different from the item ordered

Delivery Details
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing your order, including your:

• Full name

• Mobile number

• Full delivery address, including your postcode

We’re unable to replace or refund an order that cannot be delivered because incomplete or incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout.

 

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

As a small, made-to-order business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size.

Please check the size chart included in each listing carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered.

Returning a Faulty Item

Please contact us as soon as possible- ideally within 14 days of receiving your order at: adoredbyangels@gmail.com and include:

• Date of purchase

• Order number

• Item you would like to return

• Reason for the return

• A clear photo showing the fault, damage or printing issue

​

Unless the item is being returned because of a fault, we’re unable to accept items showing signs of wear or containing noticeable odours, makeup marks or other stains.
We’ll review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible with the next steps.
